Can you do other sizes than what’s on your listings?
Yes! I can laser cut anything that I design/draw, so whether you need a difference of millimeters or inches (even feet), I can do it. Please remember that the price will change for anything larger. If you decide to go smaller on the tags or earrings, the price will remain the same as smaller items require more handling. The size of my laser bed is 28 inches by 40 inches, so I can make really large items for you, as well, but the material details would change for items that size. Please ask if you are interested in something this large!
How small of a tag can you make?
I prefer to go no smaller than 3/4 inch (.75 inches).
Can I order a smaller amount of your items?
I am so sorry, but I do honor the minimum order shown on each listing.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
My pricing is already wholesale pricing. Prices can start to drop slightly on orders of 500 pieces or more. Please let me know what item you are interested in, and I can give you more details. Whether your order is for 50 or 500 pieces, it takes me the same amount of time and material to make them. While I am working on your order, I am not working on any others. Because of that, price drops are not usually very significant. Thank you for understanding.
I want to buy earring pieces but don't know which style or wood type I want yet. Can I split my order?
No, I am so sorry… currently, I have a 20 piece order minimum per style, per wood.
How long does the process take?
Orders are processed in the order they are paid. Turnaround times are very fluid and are based on the volume and size of orders ahead of yours. It is always my goal to ship items out within seven business days, however, if you are needing them by a specific date, please reach out to ensure there are not any large jobs ahead of yours that can cause delay. During wedding and holiday seasons, turn around times can reach up to three or four weeks.
How long will it take to get my order?

What is the shipping?
Within the United States: I have chosen to use USPS Priority Mail, which comes with a tracking number. USPS Priority Mail averages a 1 to 4 day delivery depending on where you are in the U.S. and partially insures the package. Once USPS has your package, I no longer have control of the process. Additionally, I cannot be held responsible for address errors, please double check your address before checking out.
International: I can (and do) ship internationally, please email me so we can discuss details.
Do you offer returns?
Due to these being made to order, I cannot accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss this with me. My ultimate goal is your happiness and continued business.
